Fourth of July!

Today was fun. Itchey had a gig, so I went over to our friend S’s house and met up with some people there. We BBQ’d and hung out for the afternoon. Not drinking still sucks ass, but at least I won’t be hungover tomorrow. Itchey came over after he finished his gig and went for a hike. Because S’s house is directly…and I mean directly…downtown, we had front row seats for the fireworks show. It was AWESOME! I used a slow shutter speed on my camera and I have to say I was pretty impressed with my mad skilz. Check it out:

After the show, I played DD and gave a bunch of people rides, then I met up with Itchey at a local bar where he was playing that night. I stayed until I could stand the drunk idiots no more. All in all, a great 4th of July. (Except for the part where I drank diet cokes all day and all night and didn’t get to sleep until after 2:30am….boo!)
